Win a Summer Holiday - Terms & Conditions

1. The “Win an Island Holiday” promotion period commences on 6 Aug 2010 and concludes on 14 October 2010. 2. The Promoter is Bronte RSL Club Limited.  3. Entry is open to Bronte RSL members only. 4. Entrants will receive one (1) right of entry for any beverage purchased, $5 worth of meat raffle tickets purchased or any meal purchased. Maximum of one (1) entry per ticket. Entrants must be present at the Major and Minor Draws to be eligible for prizes. Minor Draws will occur every Thursday night at 7pm during the promotional period. Minor prizes are drink cards valued at $50. Major Draw will be held on 5 August 2010 from 5pm. Major prize is a Harvey World Travel voucher to the value of $3,000. Total Prize pool valued at $3,500. Entrants will have 4 minutes to attend the promotional area to claim prizes. All tickets will be removed from the Minor draw barrel and placed in a separate barrel following each weekly Minor draw. Finalists will be drawn from this barrel every 5 minutes from 5pm until 7.30pm on the day of the Major Draw. All finalists will be placed in the Major Draw barrel. A winner will be drawn from this barrel immediately after the last finalist has been drawn. 5. To enter the Promotion entrants must meet the entry requirements during the promotional period and correctly complete an entry form and place it in the allocated entry box. 6. There is no limit to the numbers of entries per person during the Promotion. 7. Prizes, or any portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable for other goods & services or cash. 8. The Promoter reserves the right to request a winner to provide proof of age, identity and residency prior to awarding a prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. 9. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions from the NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing. 10. Decisions of the management of the Promoter are final. No correspondence will be entered into. To the extent that a situation or issue arises for which these terms and conditions make no provision or in relation to which the relevant terms and conditions are unclear, the Promoter also reserves the right to make a decision regarding such situation or issue in its sole and absolute discretion and such decision will be final and binding. 11. By participating in the Promotion a winner consents to the publication of their name and/or photograph in any form of media and agree to participate in any reasonable promotion requested by the Promoter. 12. Entrants personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory agencies if requested under relevant legislation and in compliance with privacy laws. 13. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries. 14. All prize values are in Australian dollars. Promotional pictures may not represent the actual prize. 15. Subject to any applicable laws, which cannot be excluded, the Promoter shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including, without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss) arising either directly or indirectly out, or in connection with the prizes or the promotion. 16.
